Who We Partner With

There are many professionals throughout our community who are dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care for patients in need. Some of our most common professional referral sources are individual outpatient providers such as therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and general medical professionals. We also partner with community-based counseling agencies and nonprofit mental health organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

We frequently collaborate with the Chicago Police Department, Chicago neighborhood organizations, residential treatment facilities, schools and education facilities, and other inpatient hospitals. Additionally, we often receive referrals from former or recurring Montrose patients.

The Screening, Assessment and Support Services (SASS) is a statewide system that provides services for children and adolescents who are struggling with mental health crises. The SASS provides another crucial partnership to assist the team at Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital for Children & Teens in helping young people get the treatment they need.
